NLP is modeling excellence in attitudes, skills, behaviors, concepts and beliefs to harness the best in people, the outcome of which is to help people achieve SUCCESS and is the basis for all of the work we do.
Our Founder, Dee Kinder, has made her life's work bringing NLP to a broader audience. She is a certified NLP Trainer and Coach.
What began as NLP Midwest grew into a business consulting offer that spawned Success Enterprises. Today, Success Enterprises has expanded to a multi-faceted approach that includes NLP based consulting, training and coaching. Most notably, in the business arena, our collaboration with Nordic Training International gives us the greatest opportunity to incorporate simulations and games for greater impact. In the area of personal and professional growth, Inscape Publishing DiSC Assessments, and our own offerings of Success Coaching and NLP Midwest certifications give us that same impact on our community.
